This hall has a capacity of 80-100 seats in theatre setup. Desks can be rearranged for "U" setup or a round table setup. The room does not have a sound system. It contains a wireless simultaneous translation system with 50 headphones and 3 translation cabinets. The hall has also a 3 m. x 2.25 m. screen which can be used for presentantions.

It consists of two connected rooms. On default round table setup rooms A and B have a capacity of 22 and 12 seats respectively. On theatre setup, room A has a capacity of 80-90 seats whereas room B has 50-60 seats. It is used for executive level meetings.

Different activities as fairs and exhibitions can be organized in the two-storied building which occupies a total area of 2300 m² . In this hall there are heating and cooling system, central sound system, special roads, lifts and lavatories for the physically handicapped guests, telephone lines which can be leased from the Turkish Telekom.
