SYMPOSIUM PROCEEDINGS-DEADLINE
All invited papers will be published in ‘Food Additives and Contaminants (FAC)’ as a dedicated issue. Authors of contributed oral presentations and of poster presentations are invited to submit a paper for publication in a dedicated book, published by Wageningen Academic Publishers. Only papers which meet standards for a peer-reviewed journal or book in terms of scientific quality and presentation will be accepted. Copies of either FAC Proceedings or the dedicated book can be ordered at preferential rates during the Symposium. A free copy of the FAC Proceedings or of the book will be provided to each corresponding author of an accepted paper.
Authors of invited papers will be required to submit their manuscripts on-line via the web-site of Food Additives and Contaminants (http://www.tandf.co.uk/journals/titles/0265203X.asp) before 25th May 2007.

Publication of abstracts
| Accepted abstracts will be published in an electronic abstract book on a USB flash memory stick. (Please note that any last minute posters will not be published in the abstract book nor in the final programme.) |
Processing and publication of personal data
The personal information we receive from participants will also be required after the Symposium. This is in order to render an account of the conclusions arrived at during the Symposium, for statistical purposes, and for the dispatch of information on relevant Symposia in the future. Personal data will also, in certain cases, be released to other companies participating in the conference for the distribution of information and offers directly from them unless participants indicate to the contrary.
